[Irrlist] 2010 #70, #72 and #73 Certified Ballot Titles

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On February 2, 2010, certified ballot titles for initiatives #70, #72
and #73 were received in the office of the Secretary of State, Elections
Division, from the Attorney General’s office. Any elector who
submitted timely written comments on the draft ballot title, and is
dissatisfied with the certified ballot title, may petition the Supreme
Court for a different ballot title. The deadline for filing a petition
with the Supreme Court is no later than 5pm, on February 17, 2010.
