Attached please find the draft estimate of financial impact for Referral 402- House Joint Resolution 13 (2009) for the May 18, 2010, Primary Election.

A public hearing will be held to accept testimony on this draft, Tuesday February 9, 2010. The hearing will be held at Suite 501 of the Public Service Building 255 Capitol St NE Salem OR 97310. Testimony will be accepted from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. 

Parties interested in submitting written or oral testimony for any of the statements may attend the public hearing. Testimony may be submitted at any time prior to the hearing date; delivered, mailed, by fax (503-373-7414), or by email to carla.m.corbin at state.or.us. However, testimony must be filed no later than the adjournment of each hearing. This is the only opportunity for public comment.
