[Irrlist] 2012 Initiative Petition #4 Text

[SOS Elections Initiative, Referendum and Referral News --]

On February 9, 2010, initiative #4 was received in the office of the
Secretary of State, Elections Division. The chief petitioners are Jess
Messner and Tim Rohrer. The draft ballot title is due from the Attorney
General on February 18, 2010. Written comments are due in the Secretary
of State’s office no later than 5pm, on March 4, 2010. Electronic
comments can not be accepted.
