On November 10, 2010, draft ballot title for initiative #8 was received
by the Secretary of State, Elections Division, from the Attorney
General’s office. Written comments are due in the Secretary of
State’s office no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 26, 2010.
Electronic comments cannot be accepted.
