Community Health Partnership's study of school soda contracts in Oregon
is a centerpiece of a NY Times article today!  ( see
http://www.nytimes.com/2005/12/07/business/07soda.html .)   We also
interviewed with the Today Show this afternoon, and they are hoping to
air a piece tomorrow morning between 7 and 8 am!

Lawyers who successfully brought lawsuits against the tobacco industry
for
damage caused by tobacco products say they will file suit in
Massachusetts
next year against beverage companies who sell soda and other sugary
