The National Association of Chronic Disease Directors and the YMCA of the USA have released RFPs for the ACHIEVE Initiative, which is designed to support a partnership between local health departments and YMCAs in communities to advance local community leadership in the nation's efforts to prevent chronic diseases and related risk factors. Applications must be postmarked by Friday, October 12, 2007.
