Dear Turnoff Week participant:

Thank you for participating in Turnoff Week April 19-25, 2010!  This year was a huge success.  Because of your generous support, we mailed thousands of Turnoff materials to people all over the state.  To make 2011 even better, we need your help.
      
Below is a link to a very short, on-line survey that will help us learn about screen time reduction efforts in Oregon.  The survey should only take 5 minutes to answer.  We want our survey to reach anyone who received and distributed materials, including parents, teachers and librarians.
