[kids-lib] CSD by-laws - please vote NOW!

Hi Youth Services folks,

Well, 65 CSD members have voted in favor of the proposed by-laws changes, which is great. However, when I do a search in Memberclicks for "CSD", I get 145 members! That means we need at least 9 more CSD members to vote in order to get these changes passed. If you haven't, please take a moment to do so here:
