[kids-lib] ORCA logo contest winner announced

Drum roll, please!  The winner of the ORCA (Oregon Reader's Choice
Award) logo contest is Sarah Gilroy, a tenth grader at Lakeridge High
School in Lake Oswego.  Sarah will receive a $200 gift card from
Powell's Books.

 

Below is her entry.  It will be used on all ORCA materials for years to
