don't need to be fleshed out, that can come later.

In response to the recent training needs survey the CSD board would look
especially favorably on proposals relating to

   - Child development and programming for children in 1st through 6th
   grades.
   - How and why children's librarians need to keep up with societal trends:
   the research, changing technologies and library trends
   - Outreach: how to reach kids who need it the most but can't get to the
   library
