Hello kid advocates,

Does anyone listen to the Librarian is In<https://www.nypl.org/blog/2018/03/27/librarian-podcast-ep-84> podcast? I heard their PLA recap episode last night and wanted to share a great idea I heard: Louisville Public does this awesome "How To" Festival<http://www.lfpl.org/how-to/> where they invite community members to share how to do something at stations...one of the stations was "how to milk a cow." Seriously! :)

I know Salem does something similar and just held their "Ask the Experts 2018." I'm sure others of you do similar things, too. Mostly I wanted to highlight it as a great community building option if you're looking for summer ideas at the moment, it would be a fun way to build on community expertise.

Happy Friday,

Greta B
