[kids-lib] Update on "Leveled Readers - 3-Questions Survey"

Hi again,

Thank you for your overwhelming response and survey participation! There
are over 200 responses as of now, and there are still some trickling in. I
also received a lot of requests to share the results, so I'm going to leave
the survey open for a few more weeks and share the results in early October
on the listserv and directly to anyone who has emailed. The blog post will
be on Guessing Geisel in early November.
