Hi all,

For those of you who want to connect more with schools districts and upper elementary age kids, I have a new resource that I hope will be helpful:

I am launching a series of virtual booktalks for 4th-7th grade students. I'm planning on a weekly posting, on Wednesdays. Each one will be a 2-3 minute video featuring a title that is available as a digital ebook and/or audiobook download. The first one, a booktalk of The Terrible Two, is now available (https://youtu.be/ZhHVosoVCAs -- or search "JCLS Booktalks" on YouTube). I also have a long backlist of written booktalks available on the JCLS webpage: https://jcls.org/booktalks/blog.

?I've been having a lot of fun with this project. If anyone else is working on virtual booktalks and wants to talk, please reach out via email (amonders @ jcls.org).
