Hello everyone,

Happy Monday! I hope you all had time to recharge over this long weekend.

I wanted to let you know the Institute of Museum and Library Services is partnering with Berea College in Kentucky to host a Rural Library Summit focusing specifically on 3rd grade reading outcomes in rural communities next week - it's Thursday, December 10th. Berea is in the heart of Appalachia and has been doing a lot of work towards making sure Appalachian students get what they need. I'll be attending and I hope some of you in rural spots can join me!
