[kids-lib] starting and running a TAB

Hello,

I am going to try and start a TAB  in the fall of 2022 and would like some feed back from other libraries that have a TAB program. Just looking for some general information to help the process, since this is all new to me.

-Tips on getting started.
-What sort of activities do you do with your group?
-Successes and pitfalls you have encountered.
-Any advice you might have.
