[kids-lib] OBOB name pronunciations draft

Hi everyone,
Every year I make the name pronunciations sheet for the WCCLS OBOB portal.
I try to be as responsive as possible when people contact me with error
corrections.
Before we post it, I'd like to share my drafts here in case anyone has a
free half hour to review my work. Please let me know if you've been able to
take a look and what corrections need to be made. It's my goal to have
these posted by the end of the week.

I know there's not currently OBOB funding at the State, so if anyone is a
current or past OBOB committee member feel free to send me your updates on
these documents as well.
