I follow the Library Grants blog<https://librarygrants.blogspot.com/> about library grant opportunities, and three recent posts are relevant to staff in public libraries.


  *   Yiddish Book Center 2025 Public Libraries Program Grants (deadline: 7/14)
  *   Caroline M. Hewins Scholarship for Aspiring Children's Librarians (deadline: 9/1) - I sought clarification from the sponsor and learned that "the scholarship is aimed at children's librarians with a focus from birth through 13." And, I learned that there's a picture book biography<https://shop.hplct.org/product/caroline-hewins-first-lady-of-the-library/> about Ms. Hewins, "a pioneering librarian whose dedication and passion transformed the landscape of public libraries for children in America."
  *   Jerry Kline Community Impact Prize for Public Libraries (deadline: 9/15)
