The state-wide Accreditation Work Group meeting is this coming *Monday,
June 11th 1:30-3:30*.  You can attend in person or through the webinar/
conference call. The agenda is attached to this email.

We have some great presentations on Quality Improvement efforts from LHDs.
We will also have an important discussion about the new process for
requesting needed documents from the state or CLHO. We will also be
reviewing past documentation requests in order to get agreement on the
documents needed.*
