**P**lease feel free to participate in both sections, but if one is more
relevant for where you are in the process, you are welcome to call in just
for that hour*


   - The first hour of this webinar may be more helpful for those health
   departments in the beginning stages of their accreditation preparation. We
   will review accreditation and quality improvement basics, the process for
   conducting a self-assessment, considerations when forming an accreditation
   team and developing a plan and timeline. If you are further along, but have
   some new staff working with you on your preparation efforts, they are
   welcome to participate.


   - The second hour of the webinar may be more helpful for those working
   on collecting documentation. We will focus on documentation selection and
   review, especially for domains 5 through 8 and scoring and checklist
   resources. Please bring any questions you have for PHAB or the
   Accreditation Work Group.
