[Libs-Or] Evaluation Form Online

The SR 2003 Evaluation form is now available online. Go to the Children's
Services page at www.olaweb.org and click on Summer Reading 2003. You may
submit the form online, or print it and mail. The deadline is September 12.

Also, the Performer's Directory, compiled by BJ Quinlan, Salem Public
Library,
is now available online! If you are not familiar with the Performer's
Showcase, which is presented  bianually in Salem, children's performers of
all
types (musicians, live animal shows, puppeteers, storytellers, etc., etc.)
are
available for varying fees throughout Oregon. If you wish to add performers
to
the list, or correct information already there, please send your emails to
Erica Moore, our CSD Webmaster. A contact link is at the bottom of the
webpage.
