[Libs-Or] OCLC Western members council representatives meeting

This coming Friday, Dec. 5, the OLCLC Western 
representatives to OCLC Members Council are meeting in 
Portland. 

On the agenda are a couple of items that we will be 
discussing that maybe you could send some feedback on 
before we meet.

1.  Communications:  What are the best ways for OCLC 
Western to communicate with library decision-makers?  How 
can we reach them better?  What kinds of news will be of 
interest to them and in how much detail? (though I 
obviously communicate too much ;-) )

2.  Increasing membership and participation - who should 
we be trying to reach?  How best to reach them?

3.  Reports from delegates:  what's happening in the 
region / type of library/ my library?

Any comments you have on any of these items would be very 
much appreciated.
