The Oregon State Library is working on improving the public and academic
library directories. We hope to include the special library as a last
phase of the project. We are taking advantage of the electronic
collection forms to produce both the traditional directories as well as
a searchable online version. If you would like to take a look at some
possible models, see Montana's at:
http://montanalibraries.org/Directory/mldBstart.htm or Florida's spiffy
directory at: http://librarydata.dos.state.fl.us/intro.htm .
Your needs are important to us in designing this new product. Please
take a few moments to fill out the survey at the address below.
Responses need to be entered by March 19.

As we are using the free version of the software, the survey will only
accept 50 responses, but we are always glad to hear suggestions for
improvement. If you unable to get into the survey, please contact Ann
Reed at ann.reed@state.or.us.
Thank you for your help in this process!
