[Libs-Or] Teleconference Host site change Friday November 14

Host sites for Friday's teleconference, A Basic Toolkit:Good Manager and 
Good Employee Skills, are:

*Blue Mountain Community College
*Valley Link at Chemeketa Community College
*Clatsop Community College
*Southwestern Oregon Community College
*Western Oregon University at Hamersly Library.

The teleconference will be held 9-11am PT.  In addition, several other 
libraries will be taping the program for future loan; we'll send a 
message after November 14th with details.
