[Libs-Or] Fwd: Book Collection Home Page

A significant issue for many libraries is that importing records from 
sources such as other library Web catalogs, or even LC might violate the 
terms of their OCLC membership, if they are an OCLC cataloging or ILL 
member. Especially if they don't add their holdings to existing OCLC 
records. That might not apply to someone purchasing this software. I do 
believe that OCLC has claimed copyright on their WorldCat database, but 
I'm not conversant with the specifics.
