Hello,

I want to encourage you all and all of your institutions to participate in
the upcoming Global Census of Digital Reference.

Very loosely, "digital reference" is any reference service you provide that
isn't in person or on the phone. E-mail, web forms and internet chat all
count.

As project coordinator for our statewide digital reference service, I will
be reporting statistics for Answerland. 

Answerland isn't the only service around, so as reference leaders at your
library, please participate by reporting statistics for yoiur library and
help notch the benchmark for digital reference in Oregon and around the
world. 

Participation is very simple - collect data on Nov. 3rd, 6th, and 9th and
report it on a web form. Please see the message below for details.

participating

organizations, groups, listservs, etc.  The call for participation can
