Lewis & Clark Law School

   This position serves as part of the Reference Services team, providing
   legal reference service to law school faculty, students and staff, the
   College community, the local bar, and the general public. This is an
   evening and weekend position.

   Duties and Responsibilities

   This position requires a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. Tuesday
   through Friday hours are late afternoon/early evening, and Saturday
   hours are during the day. The primary responsibility is Reference Desk
   coverage in support of the research and curricular needs of the law
   school students and faculty. Develop new services to support the
   research needs of law school faculty and students. Create both print
   and non-print legal research tools. Participate in evaluation and
   selection of information resources. Participate in professional
   development activities. Other duties as assigned.

   Qualification Standards

   MLS (or equivalent) required. J.D. or Law Library experience
   preferred. Sound knowledge of print and electronic legal research
   sources. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving
   skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
   Strong service orientation and ethic.

   Salary is $18,000 - $20,500/yr. Starting date for this part-time,
