[Libs-Or] Library Planning Process

Newberg is getting ready to undertake a long range planning process and
we're looking for a consultant to walk us through the process and facilitate
the meetings.  Does anyone have someone in mind? Any ideas?  I'd certainly
appreciate hearing about anyone you've used or some names to contact.
