[Libs-Or] ALA and Cuba

[David Pauli]

The recent controversy agains brings up the question: Why does our
professional organization feel the need to have a foreign policy?  We
have enough trouble garnering any clout with those who run our own
counrty, state or muncipality.  Shouldn't we just concentrate on that?
