[Libs-Or] Serials holdings reminder for ORULS

A reminder that July 31st is the deadline for union listing serials 
holdings in OCLC for inclusion in ORULS-Web for the coming two years.
In early August the ORULS Project is ordering a file of all the serials 
holdings available on OCLC for the 150 ORULS participant libraries.

Meanwhile, ORULS-Web is migrating to a new platform, with plans for some 
useful new specialized search capabilities, so stay tuned for more news.
