[Libs-Or] Book Repair Workshops filled

The two previously announced book repair workshops, to be held at Portland 
State University on June 18th and July 30th, have been filled. Anyone still 
interested in the workshops can be placed on a waiting list. We are also 
compiling a list for anyone interested in future book repair workshops. Please 
contact either Kay Brooks or Sonja Patzer if you would like to be placed on a 
waiting list.
