ALSC is very pleased to announce we are now the official national center for El día de los niños/El día de los libros (Day of the Child/Day of the Book).  For libraries and librarians, every day is Children's Day/Book Day, but the annual celebration on April 30 gives us an opportunity to come together on a nationally recognized occasion to commemorate children, families and reading.  

Through a grant from the W.K. Kellogg Foundation, ALSC once again is offering brochures (in both English and Spanish) for your use in the library.  They are available now, free of charge.
