[Libs-Or] library license plates

Recently there were postings regarding library license plates on libs-or.  Yesterday in Carson City there was a press conference and an unveiling of Nevada's library license plate.  See the article at:

Such plates result in funding for various groups and initiatives in Nevada such as art through the Nevada Arts Council (http://dmla.clan.lib.nv.us/docs/arts/plates.htm).  In order to maintain the plate a minimum of 1000 people will need to order it and to keep it.  Money from the license plate fees will go towards support of summer reading programs in Nevada's public libraries and to help provide support for educating the next generation of librarians.
