Fwd: [Libs-Or] library license plates

I agree with Eva that it would not be good for Oregon libraries to  
compete with the Oregon Cultural Trust.  It is very difficult to get a  
new license plate.  You basically have to get a legislator to sponsor a  
bill to get it done, I believe.  Right now there are license plates  
that support salmon recovery, Crater Lake National Park, and the Oregon  
Cultural Trust.  There would probably be great reluctance to add  
another plate that would compete with these. --> Jim
