[Libs-Or] Offering 2003 Oregon laws

The State Library has 2 extra sets of the 2003 edition of Oregon Laws.  
If your library would like to adopt a set, please let me know by 
Tuesday, Feb. 8.  To ensure fairness, we'll collect the names of all the 
requestors, and then pull the lucky two out of a hat next Tuesday.  If 
you are not on the Orbis courier, we may request reimbursement for shipping.
