[Libs-Or] E-rate Form 470 filing deadline 1-20-05

Just a reminder that the last day for public libraries to file the 
Request for Services (Form 470) for Funding Year 2005 E-rate discounts 
is tomorrow, January 20th.

After tomorrow it will be too late to file Form 470 and still be in 
compliance with program requirements which support competitive bidding 
by service providers.
