If any Oregon library E-rate program applicants had difficulty with 
filing Forms 470 or 471 (see below) please respond.  I'll be happy to 
compile and send your responses on to the E-rate Task Force.

FYI:

The ALA E-rate Task Force is compiling a list of any problems or issues
applicants encountered with this year's online filing of Form 470 and Form
471.  So I invite you to email me (robert.bocher at dpi.state.wi.us) any
problems/issues you had in doing the online filing.  Such a list will be
helpful to alert the SLD to problems it needs to address and if your
application is denied, having a list of issues may help in any appeal.
