[Libs-Or] Registered sex offender policy

Does anyone have a library policy regarding use of the library by
registered sex offenders?  Jackson County's County Counsel has asked me
for sample policies from other libraries to assist them in developing a
policy for us.  If you have such a policy and are willing to share,
