The State Library coordinates Oregon's participation in ALA National
Library Legislative Day. We already have representatives from OLA and
OEMA and a few others planning to go this year. Anyone else who would
like to join us would be welcome. This is the one time each year that
we can show support for our national library association's legislative
agenda, which includes increasing Federal financial support for all
types of libraries. If you are interested in joining us in DC on May
3-4, and I haven't heard from you yet, let me know right away. Thanks!
