[Libs-Or] Volunteer coordinator

I am seeking information as to who coordinates the volunteer activities
at your library.  Do you have a staff person hired specifically to do
the volunteer coordination, or is it one of the job duties assigned to
someone else?  If it is an extra duty for a staff person, is the person
a Reference staff member or someone from Circulation services, Technical
services, etc?
