[Libs-Or] Web-based catalog software input

Hello,

Does anyone have any recommendations for free or inexpensive web-based 
cataloging software for a very small special library? It does not need to be 
MARC friendly and can even be something the general public would use.

Ideally, the software would be something online that allows volunteers to 
log in and enter some basic information. Desired features include:
    - Able to accommodate different kinds of materials (books, DVDs, 
journals)
    - Basic fields such as title, author, material type, ISBN, etc.
    - Varied levels of access (administrator, user, etc.)
    - Able to accommodate 1000+ items.

Do you use something for your personal library? Please share your wisdom!
