[Libs-Or] Gates Staying Connected training

Due to low registration the Public Access Computing Best Practices training that was scheduled for Salem, Newport and Beaverton this week week has been cancelled. We will be rescheduling for January.  The hands-on Helping the Public Use Public Access Computing has NOT been cancelled and we will hold sessions on December 18th at Salem Public Library, December 19th at WCCLS and January 10th at Baker County Library. We still have spaces available for all three sessions and would like this training to reach as many people as possible.
