Apparently something has changed on the list, or the way you posted the 
original enquiry because the answers seem to have gone to you directly, not 
to the list. Indeed, this wouldn't have gone to the list had I selected 
"Reply" instead of "Reply all" (and then deleted your personal names so you 
don't get two copies). Happily, for once I was paying attention, the 
opposite of when I've posted personal replies to a list! (and haven't we 
all, blush, blush).
