The Oregon State University Archives, established in 1961, is a department

FTE) and 4-6 student assistants (~2.5 FTE).

Archives since its establishment in 2002 and EAD finding aids of OSU
Archives collections are currently provided through the NWDA finding aids
database. Archival materials (primarily photographs) are well represented

The Oregon Multicultural Archives was established in 2005 and will

This position plays a leading role in the evolution of image collections at
the University of Oregon. The position is located in the Architecture and
Allied Arts (AAA) Library, a branch of the University of Oregon Libraries,
and reports to the branch head. Primary responsibilities include managing
the Visual Resources Collection, a significant repository whose holdings
number 350,000 slides. Key duties also include supervising 1.0 FTE
classified staff member, providing reference and instructional services,
participating in the librarys collection development program, and
developing tools that increase the usability and visibility of library
resources.
