Youth Services Librarians!
- Don't forget to pull together your games, crafts, etc. for the 2008
theme - "Catch the Reading Bug" - feel free to resubmit things from
our
"Don't Bug Me" manual!-the other states haven't seen it.  I need your
submissions on or before Fall Workshop, November 4th, so I can get it
to
the Manual committee.  Their final deadline is December 1st.

Here is the latest info from the Collaborative (CSLP):

Highsmith will be able to provide us with a stand-up about 45" tall
and
30" wide for the children's program.  They will be able to sell it for
$19.95. I think the image is going to be Ike standing with the
magnifying glass and the book he is holding will have the slogan on
it.

A banner will be in the goodie box sent out to state reps, along
with 50 pins and the poster.
