[Libs-Or] Early Literacy Planning Initiative Survey Follow-up

In the interest of gathering as much information as we can about the early literacy activities and needs in Oregon we have changed one piece of our directions for the survey:
We want every library to complete the survey but we will also welcome responses from individuals. There are several questions about training needs and training development opportunities that will be best answered by individuals. Our project consultant, Sara Behrman, has assured us that she can aggregate the responses so we get the information we need. Thanks so much for your participation in the survey and your interest in the project.
