[Libs-Or] Early Literacy in central Oregon

For those of you who are in Central Oregon, or who are interested in the Early Literacy Initiative that is bubbling around the state of Oregon, here are the notes from the regional meeting in Bend.  Many successful partnerships resulted from this meeting with other community organizations who work with young children.
