[Libs-Or] Needed: Person to mend patron's thesis

Recently, after having his thesis bound for himself and his adviser, one
of our patrons discovered, much to his dismay, that a page of the ToC was
from the version prior to the one accepted for his degree.

He wants to find someone in the Portland metro area who can replace that
single page in the two bound copies with the correct page.
