  If the hymnal is still available I would like to have the "Bulgin Revival Songs by Rev. E. J. Bulgin".
  The list was posted Feb. 2006.  My father was a friend of E. J. Bulgin and it will make a wonderful 90th birthday for him to recall the hymns he shared with the Reverend.
  I have never responded to a listing and am not sure of the procedure.
