As many have noticed, INFOSCOPE has been out of publication for awhile.  That is
because a) it became overly time-consuming to create, and b) the service profile of
D. L. Cohen Information Services has undergone some fine-tuning and both the
newsletter and the website will reflect these changes. INFOSCOPE will now be longer
and it will be published quarterly. I hope you like the new INFOSCOPE! Feedback is
always welcome.
