Remember, I will have some copies available soon. The date that they'll
be available for individual library purchase has changed a bit. Here it
is directly from the CSLP website:

This PSA (and the Teen's PSA) will be available for purchase at a very
reasonable cost after February 1, 2007. They can be acquired in BETA
(for broadcast), in VHS (for local viewing), and on DVD. Contact the
CSLP for more information.
